This page contains brief summaries only and are not full reviews.Unless otherwise stated non of the Ad Agencies listed are being recommended-either pro or con. As I learn more about each one and have had enough experience to be able to give you an educated opinion I shall either write a full review or remove them from my rotation.I am taking this step as I have discovered that some publishers have joined what I consider risky or inferior ad agencies;simply because I use them.I use many different ad agencies on this site to evaluate them so I may give you the results when ready-please never join one I have not reviewed without doing your own Due Diligence or asking me my thoughts. I neither endorse nor condone any of these sites,though I belong to them all.
TextAdMarket-WARNING!-I have been recommending this agency-recommendation withdrawn! Have been unable to contact them for almost two months-they do not return mail and payments are long overdue.
Site seems to be on automatic settings-as I have been able to place ads without paying and no one is editing them-RECOMMENDATION-PULL TEXTADMARKET
paying a 75% share helps their epc remain competitive-in the low but acceptable range( mine is 04 cents)-PayPal friendly,referral program 5% for bring publishers.10% for advertising.Payout recently raised to $25.00 from $20.00 causes concern but still feel comfortable.Stats are a little primitive but huge improvement over initial offerings.Very active at selling ad space makes them a much more progressive site then many others.Some great advertising opportunities at bargain rates.Many factors seem to point toward their promising future;though of course only time will tell. Update August 2009-I have noticed a steady increase in my epc and also have had the benefit of their progressive ad space selling campaign,I now very strongly recommend that you JOIN HERE
AdClickMedia is owned by Multiple Stream Media, LLC who are the same people who own a wide range of endeavors,from paid to read Hits4Pay,email marketing firm Rent-a List and article submission/free content site ArticleHitList. AdClickMedia is PayPal friendly,has a higher then average epc,monthly payments with minimum of $50.00 net 15 day terms.10% referral bonus for publishers.One draw back is that they only place one ad per box,so be careful when requesting what size ad you wish to place. New Update August 2009-they have now introduce image banner ads as well,and in the standard sizes. Excellent stats,the one time I had cause to contact support it was pleasant experience and the matter was quickly resolved.Shows good promise. JOIN HERE
Pogads – implying Pot of Gold Ads-still not found yet 
- reference a small Agency with so far limited ads,many pointing to the owners own products.Small growth detected over last few months. Low 50% payout-PayPal friendly,have a low minimum payout of $20.00 and a big plus is they are world wide and accept all sites regardless.Publisher referral plan of 5%,though you need to place YOUR link in the ad code-they have their own;rotating ads,epc around 3.5 cents and rising(your results maybe much different) Email support hit and miss-still may have some promise.JOIN HERE
Etology-WARNING!-while this is merely speculation on my part-i am pulling most of my Etology ads.They have raised their minimum payout to $50.00 and at the same time lowered the amount being paid per click-a clear sign pending collapse-IMNSHO
PayPal friendly,no true referral program,has been around a long time yet seem to be going nowhere.I have been using them over two years-long enough for them to have their own page-yet they have just not broke out as I hoped.I looked back at a mini-review I wrote on them long ago-the only thing that as changed is that they have less ads and their epc is lower.I may be removing them from my rotation once I again meet the next minimum payout of $30.00,unless I see some promise again.They do pay.They do have support.Little promise -imho;if you still want to JOIN HERE
